We strive to deliver your products as soon as we can at the lowest price possible, working with reputable suppliers and shipping companies Australia-wide.
Order processing & delivery
- Your order is normally processed and shipped within 12–48 hours (some products such as mobility scooters, electric wheelchairs and lift chairs may take 3–5 business days).
- We use reputable couriers such as StarTrack, TNT, Aramex and DHL; the courier depends on parcel size, availability and cost at the time of booking.
- As soon as a courier is booked we email you a tracking notification.
Estimated delivery times
- Metro NSW and VIC: 1–3 business days
- Metro QLD, ACT and SA: 2–4 business days
- Metro WA: 4–6 business days
- Rural NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and TAS: 3–6 business days
- NT and rural WA: 5–12 business days
Delivery is $14.95 flat and free on orders over $150. Bulky items may need a freight quote; we contact you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund if the quote doesn't suit. If you've ordered multiple items they may arrive in separate shipments.
If you don't receive your product within 7 business days of the tracking notification, email shop@abilitywarehouse.com.au.
Order inspection
Please inspect your product(s) as soon as they arrive. If anything is damaged or faulty, send photos to shop@abilitywarehouse.com.au within 3 days so we can resolve it quickly.
