Privacy policy

Ability Warehouse (ABN [to add]) collects the personal information needed to process orders, manage memberships and provide support: name, contact details, delivery address, order history and, where you choose to add it, an NDIS participant number or plan manager details so they can be printed on invoices. Payment card details are processed by Shopify Payments and are never stored by us.

Health-related information you give us (for example, that a product is for a particular condition) is used only to help with your enquiry or order and is not shared for marketing. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with delivery partners, payment providers, our e-commerce platform and installers you ask us to book, and where the law requires.

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above and our record-keeping obligations. You can ask to access or correct your information, or opt out of marketing, by emailing shop@abilitywarehouse.com.au. Complaints are handled under the Australian Privacy Principles; you may also contact the OAIC.
