Terms and conditions

These terms apply to purchases from Ability Warehouse (ABN [to add]) at abilitywarehouse.com.au.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars. Ability Warehouse is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged or shown on invoices. The "RRP" shown is a recommended or comparable retail price for the same product; our everyday price is the price shown to all customers, and the member price is available to current members. Monthly sale discounts are applied automatically at checkout during the published sale dates and do not combine with member pricing.

Membership

Membership is $27 per month or $197 per year, billed in advance through our payment provider. Members receive member pricing on every product while their membership is active. You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further fees are charged. Orders over $500 require an annual membership to receive member pricing. A person who cancels and later rejoins using the same email address or phone number rejoins on the annual plan. Membership is personal and may not be shared.

Product information and suitability

Product descriptions and specifications are provided by manufacturers and suppliers. Assistive technology must suit the person using it: weight ratings, dimensions and fit matter. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are unsure, speak with an occupational therapist, physiotherapist or your GP before buying, or call us.

Funding

Ability Warehouse is not a registered NDIS provider. Self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, DVA clients and Home Care Package / Support at Home recipients may be able to claim eligible purchases using our invoice; approval rests with your plan manager, provider or funding body.

Orders, delivery and returns

Orders are accepted when we send a confirmation email. Delivery and returns are governed by our Delivery and Refunds & Returns policies. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupply of the product or refund of the price paid. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
