NDIS, DVA or Home Care Package?
We are not a registered NDIS provider, so self-managed and plan-managed participants can buy here. Pay as normal, then claim with our invoice — it lists the item, ABN and GST. Low-cost assistive technology (under $1,500) usually needs no quote or OT report; always check with your plan manager.
Who it suits Self-managed and plan-managed participants
Find a productVeterans with a Gold or White Card can get many of these products through the Rehabilitation Appliances Program (RAP). RAP items need a prescriber — a GP, OT or physio — to request them. Buying here directly is fine for anything outside RAP; keep the invoice.
Who it suits DVA Gold and White Card holders (needs a prescriber)
Ask us about DVAHome Care Package and Support at Home clients can ask their provider to pay for assistive technology from the package budget. Send your provider the product page or our invoice; some providers need an OT recommendation first. Check with your provider before you order.
