Guest price
Our normal outlet price — what anyone pays without joining. Already below the RRP on most products. On sale days the sale % comes off this price.
Member price
10% below the guest price, every day, on every product. Members never stack the sale % on top — you always get the better of the two.
RRP
The recommended retail price, shown struck through where we know it, so you can see what you save against the big AT retailers.

Monthly members see a note in the cart for orders over $500 — upgrade to annual to keep member pricing on that order.

How does member pricing work?
Every product shows three prices: the guest price, the member price and the RRP. Members pay 10% less than the guest price on every product, every day. Sale discounts never stack on top — you always get the better of the two.
Is the member price real, or is the guest price marked up?
The guest price is our normal outlet price, already below the RRP on most products. The member price is 10% below that. We show all three so you can check for yourself.
Which plan do I need?
$27 a month suits occasional buys. $197 a year works out at $16.42 a month and is the only plan for orders over $500 — big items like beds, lift chairs and scooters.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from your account — tap Manage membership. Your membership runs to the end of the period you have paid for and then stops. No cancellation fee.
I was a member before. Can I rejoin?
Yes. Returning members (same email or phone) rejoin on the annual plan.
Can I claim the membership fee on NDIS?
No — only the products. Our invoices list the products separately so you can claim them through your plan manager, DVA or Home Care Package. Check with your plan manager.
