Why providers order here
Built for people who order for others every week
Our guest prices are already below the big AT retailers, and members pay less again. A provider account takes it further and makes the paperwork disappear.
Provider pricing on every product
Member-level pricing across the whole range, shown automatically once you're logged in. Nothing hidden: the price you see is the price you pay.
One person who knows your participants
A direct line to a real person, not a call centre. Send an OT recommendation or a photo, get a fit check, availability and a delivery date back the same day.
Claim-ready invoices
Every invoice lists the item, participant reference, ABN and GST so it goes straight to the plan manager, DVA or package provider.
Deliver straight to the participant
Ship to the participant's home, a group home or your office, Australia-wide. Bulky items are quoted before dispatch.
Order for several people at once
Add a participant or client reference to each order so your bookkeeping and ours line up.
Specs you can drop into a report
Weight rating, dimensions, material and what it suits on every product — ready for an AT request or care plan.

Provider questions
Good to know
Are you a registered NDIS provider?
No. Self-managed and plan-managed participants can buy here and claim with our invoice. Agency-managed participants need a registered provider. Always check with the plan manager.
How much is the provider discount?
Provider accounts get member-level pricing on every product. We'll confirm your level when we call to open the account, and you'll see provider prices once you log in.
Do provider prices apply during sales?
You always get the better of the two. If a sale price beats your provider price, you pay the sale price. Discounts don't stack.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One reacher for one participant gets the same provider price as a bulk order for a group home.
Can you invoice monthly?
Accounts open on pay-as-you-go by card or bank transfer. After a few orders you can apply for monthly invoicing, confirmed in writing.
Can you deliver straight to the participant?
Yes. Australia-wide delivery to any address; bulky items are quoted before dispatch. See our Delivery Terms for lead times.
What about returns on provider orders?
The same as retail: unused products in original packaging within 14 days; hygiene items cannot be returned once opened unless faulty. Faulty goods are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. See Refunds & Returns.
