We deliver Australia-wide. Orders are dispatched by our suppliers within 2–3 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days; Western Australia, the Northern Territory and remote areas may take longer. You'll receive tracking by email when your order ships.

Delivery charges

A flat rate of $14.95 applies to most orders, and delivery is free on orders over $150. Bulky items — beds, lift chairs, scooters, electric wheelchairs, commodes and ramps — may need a freight quote; we will contact you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund if the quote doesn't suit.

Express delivery

Many products can be sent by express post or priority courier at an additional cost. Call 0488 863 626 before ordering to confirm availability.
