    Change your mind? Unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase; return postage is at your cost. Hygiene items — incontinence, braces, toileting and personal care — cannot be returned once opened unless faulty. Faulty goods are covered by the Australian Consumer Law.     Ability Warehouse Membership is an assistive technology product. Sold online by Ability Warehouse, delivered Australia-wide.

    Members pay 10% below the guest price on every product, every day — on top of the outlet discount already applied. Choose monthly ($27/mo) or annual ($197/yr — under $16.50/mo, saves $127). Annual is the only option for orders over $500 and for returning members. Cancel anytime from your account.

    Before you buy

    • Check the weight rating. Pick a safe working load comfortably above the user's weight.
    • Measure the space. Doorways, shower recesses and the gap beside the toilet decide what fits — use the measuring guide in Tools.
    • Renting? Anything fixed to a wall needs the landlord's OK in writing.
    • Funded? Keep the invoice — it is claim-ready for NDIS, DVA and Home Care Package. Check with your plan manager.
