Buying guide
- Measure the room, the existing bed and the access around it. Carers usually need space on at least one side.
- Bed height should let the person sit on the edge with feet flat on the floor. Electric beds and raisers help adjust this.
- Pressure care mattresses vary in support level. An occupational therapist or nurse can advise which suits.
- Check that bed rails are compatible with the bed and mattress depth.
- Place a commode or urinal within reach if night-time toileting is a concern.

How are beds and mattresses delivered?
Large items are delivered Australia-wide. We quote the delivery fee before dispatch.
What warranty do beds have?
All products come with an Australian warranty handled locally, with at least 12 months as outlined on our warranty page.
Can I use NDIS funding?
Self-managed and plan-managed participants receive claim-ready tax invoices. Higher-cost items may need a quote, so check with your plan manager.
