We only work with the world's trusted brands in mobility and healthcare. Every product we sell is supplied through an Australian distributor, so Australian warranty applies and claims are handled locally — no overseas returns, no headaches.

• All products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty; many carry up to 36 months.
• Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to any manufacturer's warranty.
• Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or use beyond the stated weight rating.

Making a claim

Email shop@abilitywarehouse.com.au with your order number, a description of the fault and photos. We'll arrange repair, replacement or parts with the distributor and keep you updated.
