NDIS Orders
We supply assistive technology to NDIS participants every day and issue claim-ready tax invoices with the details plan managers need.
Who can order
- Self-managed participants — order and pay online, then claim with our invoice.
- Plan-managed participants — order online, or request a quote and we'll invoice your plan manager directly.
- Agency-managed participants — Ability Warehouse is not an NDIA-registered provider, so agency-managed purchases are arranged through our registered partner, Ability Assist. Contact us and we'll organise it.
How to order using your NDIS plan
- Add the items you need to your cart as usual. Every product lists its weight rating and sizes so you can match your OT's recommendation.
- Check out using the participant's name and delivery address, and add the participant number in the order notes.
- Pay by card, PayPal or Shop Pay and claim with the invoice we email you — or, for plan-managed orders, choose Request a quote and we'll send the invoice to your plan manager.
Most of our products are low-cost assistive technology (under $1,500) which can usually be purchased from your Consumables budget without a quote. Check with your plan manager or support coordinator if you're unsure.
