Do Premium Forms need fixation pants?
Yes. Shaped forms are designed to be held in place with close-fitting fixation pants such as MoliCare FixPants.
Can I return pads?
Opened packs cannot be returned. Unopened cartons can be returned within 14 days, less a 25% restocking fee.
When will my order ship?
Usually within 12–48 hours, Australia-wide.
Can I claim MoliCare pads through NDIS?
Self-managed and plan-managed participants receive a claim-ready tax invoice with each order. Check with your plan manager that continence supports are in your plan.
