Safehip
Falls Protection & Hip Protectors
For people with osteoporosis, the hip is one of the most important areas to protect in a fall. This collection includes three Safehip options: a hip protector belt that wraps over clothing or underwear, Safehip AirX hip protector pants worn like underwear, and the Safehip AirX open style, which suits people who use continence products.
Hip protectors are designed to cushion the hip area and are often used alongside other falls prevention steps at home.

Buying guide
- Choose the style the person is most likely to wear every day, as protection depends on consistent use.
- Measure around the hips and check the size chart for a snug fit that keeps the pads in position.
- Open styles and belts make it easier to manage continence products and toileting.
- Have spares so one set can be washed while another is worn.
