Once used, hygiene items like toilet seats and cutlery cannot be returned. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days, less a 25% restocking fee.
Do you invoice NDIS plan managers?
Yes. Self-managed and plan-managed participants receive a claim-ready tax invoice.
