Can I return syringes?
Opened syringes and needles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Unopened boxes in original packaging can be returned within 14 days, less a 25% restocking fee.
How do I dispose of a full sharps bin?
Follow your local council or pharmacy guidelines for sharps disposal.
Can I claim through my NDIS plan?
Self-managed and plan-managed participants receive a claim-ready tax invoice. Check with your plan manager.
