The Vulcan is a static foam mattress built for people who spend long periods in bed and are at risk of pressure injury. Three foam layers of different densities share the load: a soft, modulated top layer that reduces shear, a supportive middle and a firm base, with reinforced side walls so the edge does not collapse during transfers.

- Modulated "MEMAIR" top layer spreads pressure and lets air move under the body
- Heel zone slopes away with visco-elastic foam to protect the heels, one of the most common pressure-injury sites
- Firm perimeter walls give a stable edge for sitting and sliding transfers

Unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase. A 25% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Hygiene items — incontinence, braces, toileting and personal care — cannot be returned once opened unless faulty. Faulty goods are covered by the Australian Consumer Law and our warranty at no cost.
