Buying guide
- Choose the protector shape for the area that rubs: toe tubes for individual toes, metatarsal pads for the ball of the foot, bunion pads for the joint at the base of the big toe.
- Gel products can be trimmed on some designs. Check the product details before cutting.
- Insoles should match your shoe size and leave room for toes to move.
- Check your feet every day for redness, blisters or cuts, and see a podiatrist or GP about any changes.
- Wear well-fitting shoes and socks with protectors to avoid creating new pressure points.
