Safety at Home
Changes in balance, freezing and involuntary movements can make everyday spaces less predictable. This collection focuses on home safety: step stools with handles, adjustable toilet surrounds, shower stools with armrests, raised toilet seats and seat cushions, perching kitchen stools, Wondersheet slide sheets for turning in bed, stop sign stickers and orientation signs.

Buying guide
- Walk through the home and note where the person turns, steps or sits most often. These are the places to add support.
- Seats with armrests give something to push from and lower onto.
- Slide sheets help turning and repositioning in bed with less effort, for the person and the carer.
- Clear walkways and good lighting reduce trip hazards.
- A physiotherapist or OT can complete a home safety assessment.
Questions
What is a Wondersheet?
It is a bed sheet system with a low-friction section that makes it easier to turn and move in bed. Check sizing for your bed.

No. Hygiene items such as raised toilet seats and cushions cannot be returned once opened.
Do you provide plan-managed invoices?
Yes. Self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants receive a claim-ready tax invoice.
