Buying guide
Think about day and night separately. Many people use a lighter product during the day and a higher-absorbency product overnight, together with a mattress protector.
Sizing is based on waist or hip measurement, so measure before ordering. If you are between sizes, the product page sizing chart can help.
Skin care matters too. Gentle cleansers and barrier products are part of a complete routine. A continence nurse or GP can help with a care plan.

Should I buy a carton?
Once you have found the right product and size, a carton is convenient for regular use. Try a smaller pack first if one is available.
Can members save on continence products?
Members receive 10% off most products every day. The first month is free, then $27 a month, and you can cancel anytime.
Can I return an opened pack?
No. Opened hygiene items are excluded from returns. Faulty products are covered by Australian Consumer Law.
