Buying guide
- Choose a urinal shaped for the user. Female urinals have a wider, contoured opening.
- A lid or screw-on cap helps with odour and spills, and a spill-resistant design suits use in bed.
- Slipper pans are flatter and easier to slide under someone who cannot lift their hips far.
- A bottle holder hooks onto a bed rail or chair so the urinal stays within reach.

Can I return a urinal or bed pan?
No, not once opened. These are hygiene items and are excluded from returns after opening. Faulty items remain covered by Australian Consumer Law.
Can I order for someone else?
Yes. Carers and family members often order on someone's behalf. Add the participant's details to the order if you need an invoice for their plan.
When will my order ship?
Usually within 12–48 hours, with Australia-wide delivery and the fee quoted before dispatch.
