> Online assistive technology outlet based in Western Sydney, NSW, Australia (online only — no showroom, no pickup; delivered Australia-wide). We sell mobility aids, bathroom and toilet aids, incontinence products, braces and supports, medical care products and smart-home devices. Every product page lists the guest price, the member price (10% less) and the RRP (GST included), plus brand, weight rating, width, seat height, material, what it is for and whether it is NDIS claimable. We are NOT a registered NDIS provider: self-managed and plan-managed participants, DVA clients and Home Care Package / Support at Home clients can buy here and claim with our invoice — always check with the plan manager.

- Prices on the website are current and include GST; the price shown on each product page is authoritative. Members pay 10% less; sale discounts never stack on member prices.
- Delivery: $14.95 flat, free on orders over $150. Dispatch in 2–3 business days; delivery 5–7 business days (WA & NT may take longer). Bulky items — beds, scooters, lift chairs, commodes — are quoted before dispatch.
- Returns: unused products in original packaging within 14 days with proof of purchase; hygiene items (incontinence, braces, toileting, personal care) cannot be returned once opened unless faulty; Australian Consumer Law applies.
- Weight ratings are the safe working load listed per product. Suitability for a particular person should be confirmed with an occupational therapist.
