Buying guide
- Work out which part of the routine is hardest, such as washing feet, reaching the back or wiping after the toilet, and choose a tool for that task.
- Check handle length and grip shape. Longer handles reach further, while thicker, softer grips are easier for sore hands.
- For mats, check the size against your shower or bath floor and look for suction backing that holds on your surface.
- Replacement sponges and cloths are available for several products, so look for these when choosing.
Questions
Can I return a bathroom accessory?
Hygiene items such as sponges, bidets and toileting aids cannot be returned once opened. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days with a 25% restocking fee.
Do members pay less?
Members receive 10% off most products every day. Membership is free for the first month, then $27 a month, and you can cancel anytime.
Can I get a tax invoice for my plan manager?
