Returns
Unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase. A 25% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Hygiene items — incontinence, braces, toileting and personal care — cannot be returned once opened unless faulty. Faulty goods are covered by the Australian Consumer Law and our warranty at no cost.
