How to find the right-sized arm cuff for you?
To find the right-sized cuff for you, measure your arm's circumference halfway between your shoulder and elbow while standing with your arm hanging at your side. If your arm measures between 22-32cm you will require an adult size, and anything above 32cm is a large size.
