The Dumbbells from Metron are a set of colour-coded hand weights, ranging from 0.5 kg to 3 kg. What are these Training Dumbbells?

The Dumbbells from Metron are colour-coded hand weight, perfect for a variety of workouts: from aerobics to light lifting for toning, strengthening, relieving stress or reducing aches and pains.

Ideal to intensify workouts, such as walking, jogging, aerobics, etc, and suitable for use at home or in the studio or outside. The ergonomically shaped slip-free handle provides excellent comfort and support. The vinyl coating is tough and will not scratch your floors.

Rehabilitation exercises with dumbbells

If you are recovering from an injury, you might want to use the dumbbells into your rehabilitation routines. The lighter weights are ideal for dynamic repetitions to begin rebuilding your strength. You can increase the weight of the dumbbell, helping you regain movement.
