This popular Essential Oil Blend Sleep Well can be used for a better night sleep. The fragrance of cedarwood, lavender, bergamot, geranium, and chamomile will calm and relax you, allowing for a restful sleep.

Blend of 4 essential oils: Lavender, cedarwood, bergamot, geranium and chamomile

These essential oils are made from natural ingredients that are extracted from plants.

  • Chamomile has been used since the ancient Egypt. The scent of chamomile is herbaceous and coumarinic with apple notes. It is associated with promoting sleep and has been used as an anxiety relief.
  • Bergamot oil is extracted from the rinds of the citrus fruit that grow on bergamot orange trees. The Bergamot oil’s aroma is a sweet light orange peel with a floral nuance. It can relieve the symptoms of anxiety and increase positive mood.
  • Geranium is known for its calming effects and has been used to promote relaxation for centuries. The fragrance is known to be slightly sweet with floral and herbaceous overtones.
  • Cedarwood is distilled from the Cedar Tree and has been used since Ancient Egypt. Its fragrance is described as sweet and woody and characterised as warm, sedative and comforting. Cedarwood's essential oil’s properties are reputed to relax body and mind and promote stress relief.
  • Lavender is a very versatile oil known for its many uses. The aroma of the lavender helps produce a calm and peaceful environment.
