The Food Plate Guard from Homecraft is a transparent plate surround that can be fitted to ordinary plates to assist with eating. This food guard prevents food from accidentally being pushed off the plate while eating.

It snaps onto the rim of the plate and creates a high inward sloping wall to help with food collection and prevent spillage.

What is the Food Plate Guard in Clear Plastic from Homecraft?

The Food Plate Guard from Homecraft is a flexible transparent plastic-eating aid that can be fitted to standard round plates to assist with eating.

This guard prevents food from accidentally being pushed off the plate while eating. It snaps onto the rim of the plate and creates a high inward sloping edge to help with food collection and prevent spillage.

Preventing spills and scooping food is especially important for those with limited range of motion and shaking hands, individuals with weak grip or limited hand function.

It fits around the rim of most standard circular plates between 19cm and 25cm in diameter. It is curved slightly inwards to help retain food on the plate.

The surround can also be used as a discrete barrier to push food against when scooping food onto a spoon or fork.
