Change your mind? Unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase; return postage is at your cost. Hygiene items — incontinence, braces, toileting and personal care — cannot be returned once opened unless faulty. Faulty goods are covered by the Australian Consumer Law. How Do I Use the Pill Dispenser?

The Pill Dispenser is extremely easy to use, making it suitable for elderly users. To use the pill organiser, you should follow these instructions:

  • Select the right day
  • Flip down the lid
  • Tip out the tablets
  • Once all medication has been taken, please refill the dispenser as required.
