Buying guide
Begin with the move that is hardest. If standing up is the problem, look at height and armrests. If reaching is the problem, a wiping aid may be all that is needed. If getting to the bathroom in time is the problem, consider a bedside commode or urinal.
Measure the toilet height, pan shape and space either side before choosing a frame or seat, and always check the user weight rating.
An occupational therapist can help where a carer assists with transfers.

Can toilet aids be returned?
Hygiene items are excluded from returns once opened. Unopened items can be returned within 14 days in original packaging, with a 25% restocking fee.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is Australia-wide and the fee is quoted before dispatch, depending on the item and your location.
