The New Walk Crutches with Spring Shock Absorbers by Rebotec are ergonomic forearm crutches with shock absorbers that eliminate fatigue and pain in your forearm, wrist, elbow and shoulder. These elbow crutches contribute to a more comfortable and stable walking experience. Sold in pair.
What are the New Walk crutches with shock absorbers?
The New Walk Crutches with Spring Shock Absorbers by Rebotec are ergonomic forearm crutches that have been designed to eliminate pain and discomfort in your upper body. These elbow crutches are fitted with shock absorbers to reduce the impact on the body when the crutches touch the ground during walking, while providing comfort during short or long use.
Who benefits from the New Walk crutches?
Most traditional crutches are not designed to absorb the shock caused by impact with the ground, which can put stress on your hands, wrists, forearms, elbows and shoulders. In contrast, the New Walk crutches are fitted with the spring shock absorbers which prevents this force from travelling up the arm, making it ideal for those with elbow or shoulder pain.
How does this crutch absorb shock?
The New Walk crutches feature a spring shock absorber at the bottom which harnesses the impact and redirects it away from the body.
Anti-vibration crutches
Rebotec has developped an adjustable walking aid equipped with an anti-vibration mechanism. When the crutch lands on the ground, the spring loaded shock absorbers soften and dampen the landing on the ground. Not only does this mechanism add lasting comfort to the upper body, the design reduces long-term joint stress and guarantees relief of strain.
Forearm crutches for a comfortable experience
The New Walk Crutches with shock absorbers have been designed by orthopaedic surgeons and manufactured in Germany.
- Rubber tip
Each elbow crutch features a non-skid, non-marking rubber tip for additional safety. The ferrules contribute to a stable and comfortable experience, so you no longer suffer from fatigue and pain caused by standard crutches, while allowing you the mobility needed when recovering from a surgery or injury.
- Ergonomic handle
The supportive, ergonomic grip is contoured to fit your hand, reducing hand and wrist fatigue and ensuring proper positioning for safe mobility.
- Safety
What's more, the crutches include light reflectors for maximum safety in darker environments.
The New Walk crutches will give you excellent mobility benefits.
Crutches for a customised fit
With 3 height adjustments for the handle and 7 push-button adjustments for the crutch length, the New Walk Crutches fit users varying from 166 cm to 190 cm making it suitable for women and men, tall and short.
Height from handle to cuff can be adjusted in 1 cm increments, while the height of the handle uses 3 cm increments for a customised fit.
The strong construction can support users up to 130 kg.
