The Elbow crutches with ergonomic handles are forearm crutches with ergonomic grips. The lightweight elbow crutches come with unique contoured plastic handles that distribute the pressure evenly across the palm of the hand.

Height adjustable in length and cuff to cater for a wide range of users. This model is 'standard height' with an overall height of 86 - 116cm. Weight capacity: 110 kg.

What are Ergonomic elbow crutches?

Elbow crutches with ergonomic handle are forearm crutches with ergonomic hand grips, also known as gutter crutches. They are designed to provide a walking aid to those requiring support to carry their weight. If you are recovering from a leg or foot injury, a set of crutches can be very useful to move unassisted.

Made with lightweight aluminium and ergonomic handgrip to reduce wrist strain, these crutches are the perfect mobility aid to provide support and comfort while on the move.

Lightweight and comfortable

These crutches have been made with a special anodised aluminium to provide strength while minimising weight. They also feature an ergonomic grip, reducing any strain or subsequent pain on the wrist. The unique contoured plastic handle distributes the pressure evenly across the palm of the hand.

These features work together to make these crutches extremely easy to use and highly comfortable for the user.

Adjustable and safe

Since users come in all shapes and sizes, these crutches have the capability to be adjusted from 86 to 116cm from handle to ground, and 200 to 275mm from handle to armband. The closed fixed armband enables the user to retain the crutch on the arm, even if their clutch on the handle is released.

As an added safety feature, the base of the crutches is non-marking and non-slip. The crutches are also made from a smooth, stain resistant aluminium.

What sort of handle does it come with?

This crutch includes an ergonomic hand grip that is moulded to fit comfortably in the hand, taking the pressure off your hand palm. Ideal for at home or hospital environment.

What if I need longer crutches?

A longer version of these crutches is available with an adjustable height of 108 – 136 cm.
